Hi!

I am a Marriage and Family Therapist who believes that people are deeply influenced by the relationships, experiences, and environments that surround them. My approach to therapy is rooted in the belief that when we take the time to understand a person’s story and the systems they are a part of, we can better understand the challenges they are experiencing and begin creating meaningful change.

I earned my bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Washburn University and my master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Friends University. I am currently practicing under a temporary license while completing the requirements for my Licensed Clinical Marriage and Family Therapist (LCMFT) licensure.

Our relationships, family systems, environments, and life experiences can all influence how we think, feel, and respond to the world around us. I believe that structure, warmth, and love are important parts of creating healthy relationships and supportive environments. We will work together to understand the patterns that may be contributing to the challenges you are experiencing, and develop practical tools to help you cope, communicate, and move forward.

My goal is to create space where individuals and families feel heard, understood, supported, and accepted. I want clients to feel comfortable bringing their authentic selves into the room while we work together toward meaningful changes.
